PARS product information

The web-based software solution of SDG is an accounting platform for Interreg III B Cadses projects and can be utilised also for projects of the following EU programs:
  • Interreg IV Cross-border Cooperation,
  • Interreg IV Alpine Space,
  • Interreg IV CENTRAL,
  • Interreg IV SEES and
  • other similar EU programs.
With changes in the requirements adaptations can be realized quickly. The advantages of PARS (project accounting reporting system) are described below.
Easy and secure handling
The project partners and members can insert their travel expenses, personnel expenses and invoices as well as the budget securely via HTTPS and in self-explanatory forms. The accounting platform runs via internet browser. An installation of further soft- and hardware is not necessary. We offer also a hosting and data storage service for the whole project period.

Efficient information retrieval
The PARS overview shows the actual status of the accounting. All inserted data can be found quickly by using the search or filter function and printed as a PDF.

Reporting system
Invoice lists, costs per action and budget line as well as plan/actual analysis can be generated from the inserted data and with the help of prepared standard forms. The certification of expenditures is produced with one click. The reporting is carried out on the screen as well as in PDF or in Excel format.

Central documentation
The accounting procedure takes place in a central database. Each user has access to the database according to his authorisation. All invoices and other relevant documents are archived in one system. After the project closure all reports are provided on CD/DVD.
